Fudgy brownies with nuts recipe..
Ingredients
1 cup butter
8- 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
4-5 eggs (depending on size)
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1- 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups toasted nuts, pecan or walnut
Directions
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2: Lightly grease an 9x13-inch baking pan.
3: In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter at low heat, once melted remove the mixture from heat.
4: beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for about 10 minutes. (electric or mixer recommended)
5: Blend in the chocolate, salt and flour until just mixed. Stir in the nuts and pour the mixture into your prepared pan.
6: Bake about 35 minutes (Do not bake it to long if you want it fudgy. Cool of - finished
